Futuristic Gigi Galactica's dazzling dress showcases the tremendous impact of the space race on the 60s' consciousness. During this period, space-inspired ensembles were created using everything from metal discs to PVC. Bob Mackie takes this innovation to the next level with Gigi's flirty, daring sequined number. The seductive cut of Gigi's bold turquoise outfit, with its short miniskirt and skimpy torse, is a celelbration of youthful expression and independence. The intricate details - baby-doll eyelashes, asymmetrical wedge-cut hairstyle, striking pearlescent earrings and ring, chunky arm bands, and funky sequin-studded go-go boots - come together to position this dynamic creation on the cutting edge of 60s' fashion. With her space-age halo and cosmic, jewled wings, the Glamour Angel is simply out of this world!
